CLASS is excited to see the return of the full Lunchbox program and our delicious soups now that September has arrived.
First up on September 21st at the Everett Legion – soup will be served up along with grilled cheese. Soup menu will be announced shortly – follow us here to keep updates on the weekly soup program.
Then on September 27th the Alliston Lunchbox reopens serving a unique and yummy soup called Poutine Soup! How did this become a soup you ask? Well… as the team was getting the kitchen at 125 Dufferin ready for soup season, Brandon T who you may see out on Wednesday delivering the lunches asked if they could make Poutine Soup. With some thought, research and development the team has come up with a recipe for a delicious Poutine Soup. Thanks for the idea Brandon and we all can’t wait to try it – be sure not to miss it, get your orders in Monday of that week by emailing Lunchbox.
Join us again on September 28th for a special Lunchbox at the Everett Legion 1130-1pm for musical guest Tim Ronan.
Tim Ronan is an accomplished musician and guitarist. Born and raised in a farming community in rural Southern Ontario, Tim has been exposed to the joy and transformative power of music from a very young age, and his earliest work is riddled with the hums of his Irish ancestry. Tim’s passion for music began in his childhood, experimenting with a plethora of instruments (yes, the bagpipes!) and his professionalism has developed as he became a renowned community artist, cherished for the heart and soul that he pours into every song and every show.
The incarnation of Tim’s music is traced back to his very own heart; his solo writing process begins with a simple guitar riff or the epiphany of a melody, and Tim lyrically captures a reel of his own life experiences, in the hopes of reaching into the hearts and minds of his incredible audience.
